Monica has stood at the very heart of the Formula One paddock for more than a quarter of a century, her career woven through the glamour, precision, and intensity of the sport. She has also left her mark on the Tour de France and on international sailing campaigns with Champagne Mumm and Audi, always delivering world-class VIP experiences for clients at the very highest level.
Monica’s journey spans Paris – London – Bologna and now Milan. In 1999 she founded SEO Italy (Sporting Events Organisation), expanding into the UK in 2005.
In Italy, she curated bespoke logistics and Ferrari tours for corporate giants such as Vodafone. In the UK, she worked alongside almost every F1 team and the most prestigious sponsors, ensuring seamless operations and unforgettable hospitality at the pinnacle of motorsport.
