MY STORY before seo

I was born in Massa Lombarda, near Ravenna, Italy, in 1968, and grew up in a part of Emilia-Romagna where culture, ambition, and passion are simply part of the air you breathe. After studying at the Liceo Classico in Imola, I went on to study Political Science at the University of Bologna.

From the very beginning, my career has been driven by one constant: creating seamless experiences for people who expect the best. I started in international travel, coordinating worldwide logistics for major medical conferences and global events—work where precision wasn’t a detail, it was the foundation.

That journey took me to Paris, where I joined Alitalia Airlines. I began in flight coordination before moving into the VIP Club marketing division, working closely with premium travellers and learning first-hand what true high-end service really means: anticipation, discretion, and perfection delivered effortlessly.

Back in Bologna, I founded SEO Special Events Organization Srl, specialising in sourcing extraordinary villas and prestigious venues and transforming them into unforgettable VIP spaces for trade fairs, concerts, and major international events. My approach was always fully tailored and turnkey—taking care of everything, from the first arrival to the final departure, with every detail carefully orchestrated behind the scenes.

Over time, this expertise naturally evolved into elite sports hospitality. I went on to lead the organisation of sailing regattas for the prestigious Mumm 30 Class, sponsored by Champagne Mumm and Audi—where performance, prestige, and experience had to be in perfect balance.

Those collaborations opened the door to some of my most memorable projects: managing the Sailors Club during the Tour de France à la Voile, and creating bespoke cycling experiences paired with Champagne tastings—extraordinary days through France’s most iconic landscapes, surrounded by the country’s finest food, wine, and atmosphere.

GRAND PRIX EXPERIENCE

And perhaps it was always meant to lead here. Being born so close to Imola—where motorsport history lives in every curve—Formula 1 was never just something on television. It was part of the landscape, part of the emotion of the region. Today, finding myself at the heart of F1 feels less like chance and more like destiny: the natural next chapter of a life built around precision, excellence, and unforgettable moments on the world’s most iconic stage.

So one day, a Formula 1 agency reached out for help securing accommodations near a circuit. That single request sparked a global journey—organizing logistics for teams in Imola, Monte Carlo, Monza, and eventually every Grand Prix worldwide. In 2004, we handled operations for the inaugural Chinese Grand Prix—a service that continues to this day. Over the years, our footprint has grown to include races in India, Korea, Russia, Turkey, and more.

Publications

I’ve always been passionate about creating publications. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of producing a range of titles for the Formula 1 world—highlighting the energy of the sport and celebrating the remarkable individuals within it. Each project has been a true labor of love.

More recently, I took on a special challenge: compiling a collection of personal stories about my husband, Sir Patrick Head. Rather than a formal biography, this book brings together memories from friends and colleagues across the paddock—an intimate look into decades of shared experiences and camaraderie.

Head & Tales

In late 2024, I launched a deeply personal project to gather stories from the paddock about my husband. The response was overwhelming, with many friends generously sharing heartfelt anecdotes.

This isn’t just a book—it’s a family keepsake, a timeless tribute to a life lived at the heart of racing. I’m forever grateful to everyone who contributed.

Concierge

In 2017, I introduced Concierge—a project designed to support Formula 1 travellers. With just five curated magazine issues, we established a vision that still guides us in today’s increasingly digital world.
